The job involves keeping the entire Visulahti area clean. The right attitude and cleanliness are essential for this job! The work is done in different shifts every day. We are looking for RECEPTIONISTS AND TICKET SELLERS for the Visulahti Tourist Center in Mikkeli.

Ticket sales and shop sales

Ticket sales for Dinosaur, the HyperDino indoor playground, and the Wax Museum, as well as customer service. Ticket sellers and shop assistants are responsible for selling Visulahti admission tickets, selling products in the souvenir shop, and providing customer service. The work is independent, and previous experience in customer service and responsible cash handling is an advantage.

Reception

The workstation is located at the campsite reception, and the varied tasks include receiving accommodation reservations through various channels, checking customers in and out, answering phone calls and emails, providing customer service, working at the cash register, and managing the café. The position requires fluent Finnish language skills. A basic level of English is also required to perform the duties. Previous experience in cashier work, responsible cash handling, and/or customer service duties is an advantage. If you have a hygiene and/or alcohol serving license, or are willing to obtain one, this will be considered a plus.

Maintenance of swimming pools, equipment, outdoor areas, and cottage village, transport of goods, waste management, and cleaning. Those selected for the position must have sufficient skills for routine repair and maintenance work and know how to use the most common tools. The most important qualities are the ability to learn quickly, a good attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills. The job is well suited for students in the fields of HVAC, electrical engineering, construction, real estate, or other related fields, and can also be performed as part of a work placement.

The maintenance worker’s duties will begin either at the beginning of May or at the latest at the beginning of June, as agreed. A B driver’s license is required.

We offer: a challenging but interesting and varied job in the seasonal tourism industry. Maintenance workers are paid an hourly wage in accordance with the Huvi, Teema and Elämyspuisto collective agreement.
